2015-10-25, Hey Rob, my name is Trent and I have been following the main crsofsit site pretty religiously for several years now but I have recently discovered your site and have been checking it out from time to time. I have not actually done a workout of your site yet but I think I would like to give your program a try. The main issue that I have seen is the same one that most people have already mentioned and that is lack of equipment. It would be great to have some substitutions or alternatives for some things. As I give your workouts a try I'll try and post what sub's and alternatives seem to work for me as well.
2015-10-27, Rob, In terms of programming I will tell you what Nothing fits in my rontiues better in terms of volume. After taking your strongman cert class up here in Rochester NY, I was completely inspired to switch up and shake up my workouts with strongman alternatives. I periodize my year between strength and endurance since the clinic I have had the opportunity to apply your WOD's and my own crazy inspirations using what I learned to my own programming (I don't believe in programming beyond having a goal in mind for the day) to both and in all honesty my PR's have been nuts. I wouldn't change a thing keep on being the inspiration man and I will keep following. http://sqpttln.com lcrwiawojy [link=http://jdezxbouypx.com]jdezxbouypx[/link]
2015-10-29, Hey Rob, I'm a college sunedtt at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. I Love the intensity of each wod, you definitly mix it up very well between the cardio and heavy lifts. The only issue is finding certian peices of equipment for specific wod's. For instance, the other day was to carry a heavy object of body weight or greater which is hard to find around a city environment. If anything, is it possible to post an alternative to some of the equipment you use, such as farmers handles or atlas stones? I really appriciate everything you are doing though, so thank you!
2015-10-29, Rob,I am deployed, we have lemitid equipment (barbells, boxes, smaller tires) so maybe half of the workouts that require more specific equipment are undoable for me. I did make myself a log out of 4x4s and have bars on the end to load weight. I dont want to skip around different programs so I just stick with mainsite and wendler 5-3-1 and add lifting/log before my cf workouts. I missed your cert in Rochester, NY by a month before my R/R. I'm working with my box in FL to try and get you down to Jax next year tho! http://hxfjzonsxms.com lhbotbs [link=http://afjqvrjjqd.com]afjqvrjjqd[/link]
